By engaging with Veer Worldwide for any of our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Scope of Services
Veer Worldwide provides services including but not limited to Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Production. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon before the start of the project.
2. Payment Terms
All services require full advance payment before the commencement of work. Payments are strictly non-transferable and cover only the agreed scope of services. Any additional services, modifications, or add-ons requested beyond the initial agreement will be charged separately.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made to Veer Worldwide are non-refundable after 7 days from the delivery of the service. Once the service has been delivered and approved, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
4. Advertising Spend
Any budget allocated for advertisements is paid directly towards third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google. This amount is non-refundable, as it is fully utilized by these platforms for running your campaigns. Veer Worldwide holds no control over refunding ad spend once it has been used or credited to these platforms.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, approvals, and materials required to execute the services on time. Any delays from the client’s end may impact project timelines, for which Veer Worldwide will not be held responsible.
6. Performance Disclaimer
While we strive to deliver the best possible results, Veer Worldwide does not guarantee specific outcomes such as leads, sales, rankings, or engagement, as these depend on multiple external factors beyond our control.
7. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions will be provided as per the agreed scope. Excessive changes or requests beyond the initial agreement may incur additional charges.
8. Termination of Services
Veer Worldwide reserves the right to terminate services at any time due to non-payment, lack of communication, or breach of terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, creatives, and materials developed by Veer Worldwide will remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights may be transferred as agreed.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with our services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
Note: Veer Worldwide maintains a strict no-refund policy beyond the stated period, and all decisions regarding services and disputes will be considered final.
